Based in region of Midtjylland in Denmark, Northern Europe, I find inspiration in Nordic culture – simplicity and elegance. When I’m not looking through my lens, I immerse myself in the joys of reading, baking, and traveling. I get asked often – Why Allegra Photography and not Adela Photography?

The name Allegra is of Italian origin and translates to “joyful” or “lively.” The word “allegro” in Italian means “happy” or “cheerful,” often used in musical terminology to denote a brisk and lively tempo. Thus, the name Allegra has connotations of happiness, energy, and vivacity and this is the essence of my photography. I want that it captures the highlights of one’s life.
